We have been providing practical and effective Self Defence, Anti Bullying, Anti Rape and Anti Abduction tuition in Bury for over 25 years.

We have students from all walks of life, some who use Jiu Jitsu in a professional capacity, some for the 'just in case I need it' scenario, some for physical fitness, some for competition, some for physical & mental well-being.

As well as the various Adult Programs, we teach kids from 4 years of age from every primary school in Bury as well as neighbouring towns.
